A Genealogical Seminar with Tricia Malone Williams, M.Ed.

PRESENTATIONS:
  • RESEARCHING YOUR ROOTS: Using the Internet to explore FREE Genealogy Websites (Parts 1 & 2).
  • IMMIGRATION & NATURALIZATION: Tracing Your Immigrant Ancestor.
  • BREAKING DOWN BRICK WALL BARRIERS IN FAMILY RESEARCH.

SCHEDULE & COSTS:

  • REGISTRATION: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (Continental Breakfast at 8:00 a.m.)
  • SEMINAR: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • COST: $35.00 for FHSA Members, $40.00 for Non-Members (must be postmarked before October 6th). After October 6th, the fee in $40.
  • REFUNDS: Available until October 6, 2007
  • BOX LUNCH: Choice of Ham, Turkey, or Vegetarian (Please check choice on Registration Form).

BIOGRAPHY:

Tricia Malone Williams, M.Ed., is a Certified Teacher and Librarian with a BA in English Education and an MA in Education Technology. She lives in Phoenix, Arizona.

Tricia has had a lifelong interest in Family History, has been actively researching for over thirty years and has written several Family History books.

In addition to client research, Tricia also teaches and instructs in all aspects of Family History Research, specializing in Internet Genealogy. She also teaches librarians how to improve their genealogical collections and services.

Tricia is a member of several professional organizations including the Association of Professional Genealogists.

HOW TO GET A FLYER AND REGISTER FOR THE SEMINAR:

Seminar Flyers are available from FHSA Chapters and meeting places throughout Metropolitan Phoenix and by downloading from this Website. You register for the Seminar by filling out the Registration part of the Seminar's flyer. Each flyer contains additional information, a Registration slip, and a Map of the area around the Creighton United Methodist Church.
